1. Liability Disclaimer

Sol Modern is not liable for any damage that may occur to your vehicle during or after detailing, window tinting, or paint protection film (PPF) services. This includes but is not limited to pre-existing damage, worn or brittle parts, or damage caused by chemical reactions or environmental conditions.

2. Payment Policy

All services must be booked and paid for in advance. We do not accept payments after service completion. This policy ensures that your appointment is reserved and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for car detailing, window tinting, or paint protection film services once a booking has been confirmed. Please be sure of your selection before booking.

4. Warranty on Window Tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Both our window tint and paint protection film (PPF) services include a 5-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and material failure such as peeling, bubbling, cracking, discoloration, or delamination under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation by third parties, poor maintenance, or environmental hazards (e.g., sap, acid rain, road debris).

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any concerns regarding their vehicle’s condition before service begins. We recommend removing all personal items from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

6. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from E&G Auto Mobile Detailing LLC and/or EG PPF & TINT FILMS LLC regarding our services, promotions, and updates. You understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase.

1. Opt-In & Consent

You must provide your express consent to receive text messages from us. You can opt-in through a form on our website, a QR code, or by texting a specific keyword to our short code.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. We will not exceed 5 messages per month.

3. Cost & Carrier Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details on your plan's text messaging and data rates.

4. Opt-Out

You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you a final text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you explicitly opt back in.
